aN ARTIST COMMITTED TO SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is my number one priority in both life and business. My macrame products are made from 100% cotton imported from Europe. The cotton is sourced from recycled fabrics from the garment industry. No dyes are used. Similar color garments are broken down to cotton fiber again and then respun to create the cotton thread. By choosing products made with this cotton cord, you are helping eliminate clothing waste that would otherwise end up in our landfills.
I source previously owned materials from auctions and yardsales. I reuse packaging materials whenever possible. And of course, my driftwood comes straight from the banks of the Ohio River, each piece hand chosen by me. The driftwood undergoes a week long cleaning and sanitation process to be ready for home use.
Because of the nature of my material sourcing and of handmade fiber art, each of my pieces are one of kind. Reproductions will vary slightly from the original. If you see something you like, don’t wait too long!

Modern custom art and decor designed to add positive energy into the world one home at a time.
WHAT IS THE GOOD VIBE EFFECT?
Louisville, Kentucky native Christina Renee is fast becoming one of the best and most unique fiber artist in the Louisville area. Her distinct style of sharp geometric lines and carefully balanced symmetry uniquely blends macrame, weaving, and a variety of textures and accent colors.
Christina Renee has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Humanities as well a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Louisville. She was an educator for several years until a disabling autoimmune disease forced her to leave a very stressful education career behind and focus on a healthy lifestyle. For her, art is a way of healing and maintaining positive energy in her life, as well as hopefully bringing that positivity into other people’s lives and homes.
Christina Renee is currently wheelchair bound due to her disease, making completion of projects all the more challenging and impressive. She finds inspiration for her art in nature, in traveling, and in her daily health struggles.
